Jackie Peebles is truly a veteran of the metal finishing industry. Working in the chrome industry for more than 54 years, Jackie has managed and owned several large plating companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and Oklahoma area. Jackie currently serves as the Operations Manager and Partner of North Texas Quality Chrome where he brings countless years of expertise, knowledge and precision to the chrome team. Jackie has worked side by side with his son and current partner, Carey Peebles, for many years.
Carey Peebles

Carey Peebles brings more than 25 years experience to North Texas Quality Chrome in metal finishing. Carey has worked and owned multiple companies side by side with his mentor and father, Jackie Peebles. He has managed a trucking company as well as focused on automotive and stainless steel truck accessories. Throughout the years, Carey has always maintained the goal to be one of the top metal finishers in the country and he is certainly doing so with North Texas Quality Chrome. “Turning parts into jewelry” is something that is critical to Carey, creating show quality shine and service each and every day.
Bill Rucker
Partner
Bill Rucker is the Founder and CEO of Rucker Performance, a manufacturer of high performance American muscle and chopper motorcycles with a hot rod building and restoration division. He is a designer, builder and fabricator, bringing entrepreneurial experience and more than 30 years of management success in motorcycle manufacturing, drag racing and hot rods. Rucker is the founder of American IronHorse and owns Texas Environmental, an EPA-approved independent emissions laboratory to test factory production motorcycles. In 2003, Fast Company magazine named Bill Rucker as one of the nation’s 50 most innovative leaders and companies.
Joe O'Dell

Joe O’Dell serves as the President of the Board of Directors of North Texas Quality Chrome and as one of its partners. Joe is recognized in the machining industry for more than 30 years of experience and expertise in developing quality products, superior workmanship and a commitment to excellence. He owns Plano Machine and Instrument, a state of the art CNC machining job shop, located in Gainesville, Texas. Joe O’Dell also serves as partner and owner in Superior Tooling Products with Giles Walterscheid, high end precision tool holders and special manufacturing tooling.
Giles Walterscheid
Partner
Giles Walterscheid is partner in North Texas Quality Chrome. In addition to his work at North Texas Quality Chrome, Giles has more than 30 years experience in the precision machine parts industry. He has owned and managed Superior Machining and Fabrication for more than eleven years, a job shop for machine tools for the airline industry. He also owns Superior Tooling Products with Joe O’Dell. He has recently opened Superior Machining of St. Joe. Prior to owning and managing his recent companies, Giles worked for more than 24 years at Valenite Metals.
